The Xiaomi 18 Fold changes the buying decision from choosing a screen size to choosing a shape. Its 5.38-inch cover display opens into a 7.58-inch inner display; the closed body is 117.8 mm tall and 83.6 mm wide. Compared with the catalog's Galaxy Z Fold8, it is shorter and wider when folded, so diagonal screen size alone does not describe how either phone fits in a pocket.
Its 200 MP main camera, 50 MP 3.5x periscope, and 50 MP ultrawide give it a different camera configuration from the two conventional Xiaomi 18 Pro phones. The Fold uses XRING O3 and a 6000 mAh battery, with 67 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. Choose the unfolding display for a real use such as reading wider documents, rather than treating a foldable as an automatic upgrade from the Pro or Pro Max.
