How to choose an Android phone

  1. 01

Compare the configuration you would buy

RAM, storage, and the regional model can change the chip, network support, and price. Compare the exact variant, not the headline name.

  2. 02

    Read the update promise closely

Years of Android version upgrades and years of security patches are different promises, and each maker counts them from a different date.

  3. 03

Choose size by how you hold it

Height, width, and weight decide one-handed comfort more than the screen diagonal does. Check the dimensions next to a phone you know.

  4. 04

    Check charging with its conditions

Charging figures usually assume a specific adapter sold separately. A time-to-percentage figure is more useful than a wattage alone.
